Dive deeper with me into using yoga and movement to suit your particular requirements. Classes can include: yoga for anxiety and stress, yoga for hormonal balance, yoga for sleeplessness and many more. I have a special interest in working with parents who are struggling with the emotional demands of parenthood today. Your nervous system is directly impacted by the nervous systems of those around you and yours in turn impacts theirs. As a family unit your nervous systems operate as a delicate ecosystem trying to find balance. “Children swim in their parents unconscious like fish swim in the sea. It is good to make sure that the water stays clear.” Gabor Mate. As parents it is so important that we take the time to nurture our own nervous systems so that we can continue to pour from a replenished cup.

My classes are centred on yoga for emotional wellbeing, helping you to find balance and restore your whole system. My aim is to make sure you move from surviving to flourishing!
